How do we continuously improve our resources?
We have a rigorous Continuous Improvement System where feedback from auditors, trainers, industry professionals and compliance professionals is used to improve and update our resources.

For purchasers of the Support by SDL System, a Continuous Improvement Report is provided on an annual basis. The Continuous Improvement Report outlines the updates and version changes that have taken place.

All current purchasers of the Support by SDL system will receive this report in early December.

What is our continuous improvement process?
Support by SDL receives feedback throughout the calendar year. The feedback is documented and managed by a Continuous Improvement process. Support by SDL convenes a Compliance Committee Meeting in which all Continuous Improvement Reports are reviewed and considered. If any matters are considered significant, the Compliance Committee makes an immediate recommendation for correction to the Board of Support by SDL. If the feedback results in a minor change, that change is made as part of Support by SDL Continuous Improvement but is released as part of the updated version of that document at the beginning of each calendar year.
